Do you sell steel and sleepers direct to the public?
* Yes, most definitely! We have hundreds of landscapers on our system and constantly have new sales to the members of the public 

Does Bass Coast Steel delivery?
* Yes we deliver across Victoria and interstate

Do you install?
* We are a leading supplier of retaining wall steel and concrete sleepers only. 

Can I view your product prior to purchasing?
* Yes most definitely. Please come to our warehouse for inspection. Please note there is no one there from our sales team, this is only a warehouse and distribution centre.

How soon can you deliver?
* We can have steel to you in most cases in under 24 hrs on stocked items, concrete sleepers 72hrs. However pending delivery schedule we may be able to squeeze you in within 4hrs. We have a fleet of vehicles from vans to trucks to get the goods delivered promptly.

Can I modify my order?
* Yes most certainly. Please email your updated order to Sales@BassCoastSteel.com.au

What if I change my order within 24hrs of delivery?

* There will be no extra charge if quantities increase (pending if additional trucks are required), however if your order has been picked and ready for delivery, a $55 + Gst may be charged. Our sales team will advise.

Do I have to be present for the delivery?

* No, we are happy to leave the goods in a location clearly stated by you. We will send a picture of goods to your mobile phone prior to leaving.

What happens if I order too much?

* There is a 15% charge of the value of the item for restocking per item. This excludes concrete sleepers, we do not accept returns due to transport and handling.

Will I recieve confirmation of my delivery prior?
* Yes, you will recieve a phone call 24hrs prior, if we cant reach you delivery will proceed as per originally booked.

Can I pick up steel and sleepers from your warehouse?
* You are welcome to pick up the steel from our warehouse, please note that we require a 24hrs once your order has been placed. If it is urgent, please contact our sales team on our main number to see what can be arranged. Sleepers generally require 3 business days to be made available, this item is a delivered product only.

Who Suppliers your Steel?
* zOOzSteel-Australia TM. They source their steel locally and abroad. All steel supplied meets the requirements in galvanising and in strength for its intended use.
